This pump may be used where the initial setup of the system needs to be done in a matter of minutes. The pump may also be used to very quickly deflate the entire system for storage or transportation.

Since the VÖLKNER^® TURNING SYSTEM and JamesAir™ mattress overlays and mattress replacements are so easy to transport and/or store, custom-made carrying cases are available at extra cost. They are constructed of heavyweight Cordura™ canvas with carrying handles and have an outside pocket. Each overlay or mattress with its control unit and air hoses, plus the fast inflate/deflate pump, fits inside the carrying case. Three sides of the case may be unzipped fully for easy placement or removal of the equipment into or out of the carrying case. When not in use, each complete unit may be stored in the carrying case or the original packaging.
