James Consolidated, Inc. and its division, JCI International, was founded with the philosophy and purpose of treating bed-ridden patients humanely and respectfully, by providing quality medical equipment to turn them, unaided, at fair and reasonable prices.
The company is recognized internationally as specializing in the manufacture of turning mattress overlays and mattress replacements for the prevention and treatment of bed sores, (pressure sores, decubiti), and as an aid in mobilizing pulmonary secretions.
The patented VÖLKNER® TURNING SYSTEM is distributed world-wide, and has been judged as being “superior in effectiveness” by rehabilitation facilities, doctors and medical staff.
